1) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2–3 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors or if the shipping process has been initiated.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) are not accepted. However, replacement/refund may be considered if the product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
2) Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 2–3 days of receipt. The request will be processed after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue at their end.
3) Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2–3 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
4) Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
5) Refund Process
In cases where a refund has been approved by Rectopage, please allow 6–8 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the original payment method.
